  1. The reservation fees are 30% of the price. It is advisable to process the payment in one working day. In case of cancellation, 7 days before the supposed check-in, the deposit is 100% reimbursed; 3 days – the deposit is 50% reimbursed. Less than 3 days cancellation is not reimbursed.
  2. The dinner vouchers are valid from 18:00 till 23:00.
  3. The SPA procedures less than 20 leva are done after an appointment at the reception. In case you would like to have a procedure which is more than 20 leva, you could pay the difference. The procedures are done from 08:30 till 17:30.
  4. The working time of the indoor swimming pool and the hot Jacuzzi is from 08:30 till 20:00. / Except the summer season/
  5. The working time of the outdoor swimming pool is from 09:00 till 18:00. / Only during the summer season/
  6. The working hours of the Sauna Park: 10:00 – 20:00.
  7. The price of the extra bed is mentioned in the price list, and includes breakfast, and the access to swimming pool, outside Jacuzzi , steam bath, relax zone and gym.
  8. It is impossible to put extra bed in a standard double economical room.
  9. Children aged less than 4 years, check-in with their parents for free. The breakfast is not included. Should you wish to pay for a breakfast in that case, the payment should be done at the reception, and the price is 4 leva per day.
  10. Booking the family apartment is only possible if the payment is for four people in two double standard rooms.
  11. The check-in should be after 14:00(or on prior appointment), and the check-out should be before 12:00.
  12. Early check in - the service is provided according to current availability. For accommodation before 10 a.m. a fee of 80% from the regular overnight price is applied. For accommodation before 14 p.m.a fee of 40% from the regular overnight price is applied.  
  13. Late check out -  the service is provided according to current availability. Room check out till 14 p.m. - 10 lv fee is applied. Room check out till 16 p.m. - a fee of 30% or regular price is applied. After 16 p.m. the guest pays full overnight price. 
  14. Unconfirmed and unpaid reservations will be automatically cancelled if the guest does not arrive before 15:00.
  15. During the check-in the guests receive two key cards for the rooms, which are their responsibility. It is advisable to leave the keys at the reception, any time the guest leaves the room. In case the key card is lost, the guest has to pay 10 leave per card at the reception.
  16. The prices shown include all taxes.
