General terms
 

1. The reservation fees are 30% of the price. It is advisable to process the payment in one working day. In case of cancellation, 7 days before the supposed check-in, the deposit is 100% reimbursed; 3 days – the deposit is 50% reimbursed. Less than 3 days cancellation is not reimbursed.
2. The working time of the indoor swimming pool and the hot Jacuzzi is from 08:30 till 20:00. / Except the summer season/
3. The working time of the outdoor swimming pool is from 09:00 till 18:00. / Only during the summer season/
4. The working hours of the Sauna Park: 10:00 – 19:00.
5.  Booking for one person means, checking in a double economy room by one person.
6.  One person booking is possible only in a double economy room, for limited number of rooms, and if it's confirmed by reception.
7. The price of an extra bed includes the same services as the main ones.
8. It is impossible to put extra bed in a standard double economical room.
9. Children aged less than 4 years, check-in with their parents for free. The breakfast is not included. Should you wish to pay for a breakfast in that case, the payment should be done at the reception, and the price is 4 leva per day.
10. An adult and a child aged between 12 years and 18 years, get 10% discount.
11. The discount of the family apartment is possible only in case where both children are under 18 years. In all other cases, the charge is the same as per two double rooms.
12. The price of the “Luxury apartment” includes two adults and two children, aged under 18, or three adults.
13. The check-in should be after 14:00(or on prior appointment), and the check-out should be before 12:00.
14. Early check in - the service is provided according to current availability. For accommodation before 10 a.m. a fee of 80% from the regular overnight price is applied. For accommodation before 14 p.m.a fee of 40% from the regular overnight price is applied.  
15. Late check out -  the service is provided according to current availability. Room check out till 14 p.m. - 10 lv fee is applied. Room check out till 16 p.m. - a fee of 30% or regular price is applied. After 16 p.m. the guest pays full overnight price. 
16. Unconfirmed and unpaid reservations will be automatically cancelled if the guest does not arrive before 15:00.
17. During the check-in the guests receive two key cards for the rooms, which are their responsibility. It is advisable to leave the keys at the reception, any time the guest leaves the room. In case the key card is lost, the guest has to pay 10 leva per card at the reception.
